I work alongside teachers in their own classrooms, helping build environments where autistic students feel safe enough to learn. That starts with understanding why a behavior is happening before we ever try to change it.

Every learner deserves an environment that is safe, predictable, and respectful of who they are — not one that asks them to mask or comply their way through the day. I specialize in students with autism and complex needs whose behavior often gets misread before anyone asks what it's communicating.
